Museum Victoria and Monash University have conducted annual Dinosaur Dreaming digs at Inverloch, Victoria since 1994. In 2008, we decided to start this blog to share images and stories of crew taking part in the excavations, some of the fossil bones recovered, and the fossilly things we get up to between digs. The current dig is from 2nd to 23rd February 2013.

Suck it and see
John has been working for several years on perfecting ta dredge pump to remove sand without shovelling. Today we met with Paul, a gold dredging expert and showed him how far we'd got. I made a few short videos of the action.
